Account Portal is currently down whilst we migrate over to a new, and improved, portal.

Over the next several weeks we are going to be migrating to our new hardware in Telehouse North, we’re working with CityFibre to migrate customers, but we have to move them in batches of 200 per night, so its going to take a few weeks to move everyone.

Just a quick heads-up that you will notice a slight increase in your ping times over the next little while.

Don’t worry though—this is only temporary, and once everything’s moved over, things should be running smoother than ever.

I understand how frustrating this is but please rest assured once you have been migrated over you will see a huge improvement all round.
